FRESH TOMATO & BASIL PIZZA

One of my ABSOLUTE favorites foods is pizza. When I have some down time I love to recreate different crusts with assorted seasonings, flours, and spices but when I am in a rush, I make this quick and easy recipe. I hope you enjoy!  Yield: 4-8 servings 1/2 Rooted Delights Mozzah cheez wheel-shredded Two 8-ounce pieces of purchased pizza dough (we used Trader's Joe garlic herb gluten free crust) 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 cup marinara sauce, plus more if desired (we used Trader's Joe organic marinara sauce)  2 roma tomatoes, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices 1/4 cup grated vegan parmesan 1 large garlic clove, minced, optional 6 fresh basil leaves, plus extra for garnish 1/2 teaspoon salt Prepare crust as instructed...

MOZZAH-RELLA STICKS

These super easy and delicious sticks are perfect for a party, game day, or just a snack. So soft and melty in the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside. Don't forget the marinara sauce. Yumm!!  Yield: 12-14 sticks 1 wheel of Rooted Delights Mozzah cheez Canola oil or oil of choice for frying  1/2 cup unsweetened dairy free milk 1/2 cup  all-purpose flour or gluten free flour of choice 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup gluten free italian bread crumbs Marinara sauce, for serving Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to around 365 degrees. GRILLED CHEEZ WITH TOMATO & AVOCADO

One of our favorite childhood meals, without the dairy.  Yield: 2 sandwiches   4 slices of your favorite sandwich bread (we used rye bread) 1 wheel of Rooted Delights Cheddah - 4 slices   2 tablespoons vegan butter  1/2 avocado, sliced  1 tomato, sliced  sea salt to taste  black pepper to taste   Spread about 1/2 tablespoon butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered sides of the bread, stack your cheez slices, avocado and tomato. Finish up with a dash of cracked pepper and salt. Make a sandwich of your slices. CHEEZY MAC

          Who says you can't enjoy mac and cheese still?! They Lied. Delicious and super easy recipe.
