One of my ABSOLUTE favorites foods is pizza. When I have some down time I love to recreate different crusts with assorted seasonings, flours, and spices but when I am in a rush, I make this quick and easy recipe. I hope you enjoy! Yield: 4-8 servings 1/2 Rooted Delights Mozzah cheez wheel-shredded Two 8-ounce pieces of purchased pizza dough (we used Trader's Joe garlic herb gluten free crust) 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 cup marinara sauce, plus more if desired (we used Trader's Joe organic marinara sauce) 2 roma tomatoes, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices 1/4 cup grated vegan parmesan 1 large garlic clove, minced, optional 6 fresh basil leaves, plus extra for garnish 1/2 teaspoon salt Prepare crust as instructed...
These super easy and delicious sticks are perfect for a party, game day, or just a snack. So soft and melty in the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside. Don't forget the marinara sauce. Yumm!! Yield: 2 sandwiches 4 slices of your favorite sandwich bread (we used rye bread) 1 wheel of Rooted Delights Cheddah - 4 slices 2 tablespoons vegan butter 1/2 avocado, sliced 1 tomato, sliced sea salt to taste black pepper to taste Spread about 1/2 tablespoon butter on one side of each slice of bread.
